Our general therms and conditions (GTC)

I. Scope
Our offers, benefits and other contractual acts also for all future transactions made exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions to point in time of ordering  the current version. Deviations from this Conditions are only effective if they are confirmed by us. Is a part of the business condition from us cancelled, the rest remains unaffected, latest content with the receipt of goods or services, would these conditions accepted.

II. Offering, contracting and resignation
Our offers are non-binding. We commit ourselves the order to the conditions from the webside to accepting. In writing, printing and calculation errors on the website we have the right for the resignation. Information unfavorable nature, or after becoming aware of payment difficulties the supplier, entitle us also to resign is not given the available sufficient security. III. Revocation instruction

The reshipment will happen in their original packaging cost and risk from glasverkauf.com. In an order up to a value of 40.00 € bears the cost of returning the customer, unless that is not the right ordering wich delivered goods. Upon receipt of your reshipment we are obliged to refund any payments.
b) If the customer deterioration, the sinking or otherwise impossibleness the responsibility bears, is he obligated glasverkauf.com the damage or the depreciation to replace. This does not apply if the deterioration of the product exclusively on their examination, as you in a shop possible would have been due it.
c) A right of restitution under point 3rd a) is in following cases not possible:

or cash on delivery. When delivering cash on delivery are 4.75 € delivery fee for shipping plus 2.00 €processing fee when receiving the order to pay. In delivery via PayPal will 3.9% of total net sales (excluding VAT.) + 0.65 € transaction fees added. These are to pay.

VI. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain until full payment of all claims our property. Beforehand is pledge or security transfer of ownership prohibited. IX. The place of jurisdiction, applicable law
